Hideout works with a small number of artists on carefully planned release campaigns, offering support from release planning and artist biographies through to EPKs, press releases and targeted publication and radio outreach.
Whilst Hideout does not take on a high volume of PR campaigns, projects are selected carefully to ensure each release receives the time, attention and approach it deserves. We're always happy to listen to new music and welcome submissions.

Hideout Agency is an independent booking agency based in London.
Founded by Rory Dickinson, Hideout is built on over 18 years of involvement in independent music. From touring in bands and organising shows to working with labels, press and promotion, Rory has worked across multiple sides of the independent music world. He previously worked with independent label Holy Roar Records before founding Glasshouse Records in 2017, releasing records from Mandrake Handshake, Bo Gritz and For Breakfast.
In 2022, Rory formed London noise-rock trio Test Plan, managing the band's releases, international touring and press campaigns while building relationships with promoters, venues, festivals and music publications across the UK, Europe and the US.
Working primarily with noise-rock, post-punk, shoegaze, psych and heavier alternative music, Hideout focuses on helping artists secure UK and European touring opportunities that fit their music. Alongside booking, Hideout also provides selective release support, including press campaigns and press outreach.
